Payment, Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Payment:

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
• The remaining 50% balance payment must be made on or before the scheduled date of despatch date.

Waiting Period:

The waiting period for order fulfilment is determined by the manufacturing and completion time of the product.

Delivery:

The cost of delivery is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds & Returns:

1. Customised Orders:

Customised orders cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

2. Other Products:

All other products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. Return Conditions:
   • The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging
   • The product should not be damaged, defective, or used.
